College Day

On October 3, colleges from around Louisiana came to do an open house for junior and senior comets. Representatives from Louisiana State University, Nicholls State University, Southeastern University, University of Lousiana Lafayette, and many other schools were present.

A few students were interviewed to see what schools they were interested in and what their intended major would be. Here is what a few of them had to say:

Phil Sutton, Junior - "I am looking to attend Southeastern and plan to major in business."

Katie Fisse, Senior - "Want to attend University of Louisiana Lafayette, and plan to major in education or psychology."

Lauren Monica, Junior - "I plan on attending Louisiana State University, and would like to major in accounting."

Chase Fletcher, Junior - " Would like to attend University of Louisiana Lafayette or Southern University, and want to major in Drama."

Erica Fisher, Senior- "I want to go to Loyola University and plan to major in Broadcast Communications."

Mrs. Bologna said, "I would like to let the seniors know that my office is open for business and am excited that I finally have current college material. Also, colleges that were not there will be invited to school for a lunch visit. Senior parent night is scheduled for 7 P.M. on Monday, October 29."
