The cross country River Parish District meet was held on Thursday November 1 at Regala Park in Reserve. The boys and girls had to run 3 long miles. Reyna Lubin placed 1st for the girls with the winning time of 21:57, and Erica Blank placed 3rd with the time of 24:03. For the boys, Chris Graugnard 2nd for the boys. Congratulations to the cross country team for their performance at the district meet. The Comet cross country team is excited as they prepare for the state meet which will be held on Tuesday November 15 at Northwestern State University.
