Comets host Bolton in state playoffs

The Comets host Bolton Saturday at 1:00 p.m. at Dupuy stadium. The game is the first round of the state playoffs. The Comets are coming off of a 2-1 win over district rival E. D. White. The win gave the Comets a share of the district title with the Cardinals who defeated the Comets earlier in the season. The two teams decided to flip a coin for purposes of seeding in the state playoffs. The Comets won the flip and will represent the district as the first place team.
