| With the arrival of the new students after Hurricane Katrina, Mrs. Thomas wanted her art students to capture moments from the devastation of Katrina. They were to use the shading techniques they learned in class to draw the pictures. The artwork was displayed in the cafeteria for everyone to see. | |||||||||
